flash design and applicationFlash can be used to draw attention to a particular item, perform various tasks such as playing audio/video, etc. Flash should, in our opinion, be used sparingly however. Like Scripts, they can be that "special touch" that provides, well... "Flash". Too much of a good thing though can actually be annoying and drive the viewer away. We use flash very sparingly on this site; i.e. Our logo at the top of the home page and also within sites contained in our portfolio. You could of course build an entire site around flash if you wanted to. We do NOT recommend this, but it can be done!


LIVE EXAMPLE: Here is a good example of a Complex flash tool. It is that of a "Chat Room". This chat room has been designed for private use and is thus, password protected, but can just as easily be open to the public.

Features: Multiple Rooms, Administrator Controls, Bad word filters, various "Themes" to choose from and even a MP3 Music Player!
